1) Turn on the power of the control box and start the auxiliary machine. When the temperature is below 0 degrees, it needs to idle for 15 minutes.
2) Push the "suction cup" to the down position.
3) Turn "FRONT LEFT" and "FRONT RIGHT" to the down position.
4) Turn "Clean" to the front position. (Before cleaning, the four sweeping brushes are controlled to operate at the same time, and after cleaning, the rear two sweeping brushes and the front right sweeping brush are controlled to operate.)
5) Adjust the engine speed to (1200-1800 rpm), and turn on the water spray switch.
6) Confirm that the four sweeping brushes and the rear suction cup are in contact with the ground, and the sweeping disk starts to rotate.
7) Start the engine of the main vehicle, drive the vehicle at an appropriate speed, and start the cleaning action (first gear idle speed)
Note: It is strictly forbidden to reverse the car when the rear suction cup is on the ground. If you need to reverse the car, please advance the suction cup. During the cleaning operation, if the road surface is found to be seriously damaged or the vehicle is about to pass the speed bump, please raise the rear suction cup, and then lower it for operation after passing.
(2) End of cleaning
1) Stop the vehicle and adjust the cleaning auxiliary machine to idle speed;
2) Point the water spray control knob to the off position;
3) Point the cleaning control knob to the middle position, and the cleaning disc will stop rotating;
4) Raise the four sweeping cups and the rear suction cup (reminder: the suction cup and the sweeping brush must be put away to stop the cleaning work);
5) Turn off the auxiliary engine;
6) Turn off the power of the control box (can be omitted).
(3) Unloading garbage
1) Turn on the power of the control box, start the auxiliary engine, and keep the engine at idle speed.
2) Point the control knob to the "liter" position of the dustbin.
3) Point the rear door control button to the "lift" position, and point the control button to the middle position at any time according to the tilt angle of the car, and the car will stop when the car is tilted and raised.
4) Turn on the rear door switch, and the garbage will be unloaded. Clean up the garbage on the box, suction cylinder, and car body, remove the air filter and clean the fine dust on the filter cartridge (if it is not cleaned in time or improperly cleaned, it will cause early wear and tear of the auxiliary engine).
5) After the garbage is self-unloaded, rinse the inner wall of the suction cup telescopic tube and the connection nozzle between the suction cup and the garbage bin with water, so as not to affect the service life and cleaning effect.

6) Point the "garbage bin" control button to the lowered position, and point the control button to the middle position after the carriage is fully returned. (Note: Please check whether the safety bracket is closed when the dustbin is lowered) The nozzle of the suction cup suction pipe
