1. Carriage lifting operation
After putting the shift lever in the neutral position, start the engine. When the air pressure of the air storage reaches above 600kpa, keep the engine at idle speed, step on the clutch pedal, turn on the power take-off switch and the buzzer starts to sound. Slowly lift the clutch pedal, the oil pump starts to pump oil, push the manual rotary valve control handle to the lifting position, the carriage can be lifted slowly, and step down the accelerator pedal to accelerate the lifting of the carriage. However, when the engine speed rises to 1600r/min, especially when the carriage is about to be lifted to a large angle, it is not allowed to step on the accelerator pedal.
2. Stop operation in the carriage
It is necessary to stop during the lifting and lowering of the car, just step down the clutch plate (at this time, the manual rotary valve handle should be in the lifting position). During a long-term stop, the power take-off switch should be pushed back to stop the oil pump.
3. Carriage landing operation
After the car is lifted and lowered, just push the handle of the combination control air valve from the lifting position to the landing position. The landing speed can be adjusted by the fast and slow drop switch inside the combination control air valve.
Note: before the vehicle is driven, the control handle must be in the landing position, the switch is in the cut-off state, and the carriage must be landed in place, otherwise the vehicle is not allowed to drive.
Lifting and landing operations are strictly prohibited while the dump truck is moving! Otherwise, the user is responsible for all consequences arising therefrom!
