Standard Operation Of Mixer Truck
Before driving: check, find and eliminate faults
1. Carry out routine inspections
The biggest fear of a mixer truck is that the tank will not turn when on the road. Concrete tanks generally cannot be stopped for more than 2 hours. For concrete above C40, the tank cannot be stopped on the road. After starting the car, you should first let the can rotate at a low speed, then go around the car to check the tire tread, tire pressure, etc., check whether there are stones, nails, etc. stuck in the tires, and clean them in time.
2. Check the special precautions
(1) Bolt inspection
There are many bolts on the mixing body, including the connecting bolts between the reducer and the tank, the fixing bolts of the reducer base, connecting bolts and U-shaped bolts. Regular maintenance must be done in daily operation. Check whether the new vehicle is loose before leaving the factory. The first re-tightening period is the first week of use, and subsequent tightening inspections will be performed once a month to prevent problems before they occur.
(2) Lubricating oil replacement
The lubricating oil in the mixer truck must be replaced, including reducer gear oil, hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system, engine oil, etc. Once it is missing, it will cause wear and tear on the relevant parts of the mixer truck and affect the overall performance of the mixer truck. It is recommended that card friends replace the tank after 100 hours of working for the first time, and then replace the tank every 1,000 hours of working or 6 months (replace at least once a year).
(3) Radiator filter replacement
The radiator is equivalent to the breathing system of the mixer truck. Once the "breathing" is not smooth, it will cause the hydraulic pump to overheat and cause problems such as cylinder explosion. Therefore, it must be checked regularly in daily work. When replacing the lubricating oil, replace the filter element, which can be done with Hydraulic system maintenance should be replaced at the same time. Note: Replace the filter element when the vacuum gauge pointer is in the red area. It should be replaced at least once a year.
Maintenance during loading and unloading:
1. The mixing drum should be reversed before loading.
Because most truck users park their mixer trucks in the open, there may be accumulated water, leaves and other debris in the tank of the mixer truck. If not discharged, the quality of the concrete will be affected.
2. Let the mixing tank run at full speed for 1-2 minutes before unloading.
Let the concrete be fully mixed, and if necessary, add some water to make the concrete in the mixer truck mix more evenly and make it easier to unload the mixer truck.
3. After loading and unloading materials, flush the inlet and outlet hoppers and tanks.
Because the small stones scattered during loading are easy to solidify inside and outside the hopper and on the chute, affecting the normal use and beautiful appearance of the mixer truck.
Things to note during transportation:
When driving a mixer truck, you must turn slowly, slow down and downshift in advance before entering the turn, check whether the can is spinning through the rearview mirror at any time, and reduce the speed as slowly as possible. When the road conditions are bad, you need to use low gear to pass, downshift in advance when going uphill, and start gently. At the same time, it is best to speed up the speed of the tank to prevent concrete from flowing out. Never slide in neutral when going downhill. When turning downhill, slow down in advance and then downshift to slow down. Braking with gear is the best. Finally, we must pay attention to the height limit issue. The road conditions at the construction site are complicated. Be careful of trees, etc., especially to prevent wires from being scraped.
Achieve inspection and maintenance before departure, careful maintenance during loading and unloading, and standardized operations during transportation. These are not only important for the mixer truck, but even more important for truck owners! By doing this, card friends will be further away from danger and closer to safety; further away from wear and tear, closer to profit!
